We produce many standard and custom sizes of tungsten carbide parts, such as tungsten pot, tungsten tube, tungsten funnel, tungsten boat and tungsten sheet.
 
Tungsten boat is widely used in metallizing, sintering, annealing, electronics and light industries. Boat vessels are used in metal evaporation, electron beam splash, and during the heat process in the vacuum coating industries. It is produced by our specialized production process.

Furnace parts, Targets for X-Ray Diagnostics, Semiconductor Base Plates, Crucibles, Heating Elements, Components for Electron Tubes, Cathodes and Anodes for Ion Implantation, Emission Cathodes for Electron Beam Evaporation, Tubes and Boats for Sintering of Capacitors, X-ray Radiation Shielding, Sputtering Targets, and Electrodes.
 
Tungsten Carbide Grades:
Cemented Carbides refers to using a binder, usually nickel or cobalt, to bind the particles of tungsten carbide through a special heat sintering curing cycle to give the tungsten carbide strength, hardness and excellent wear for the most demanding applications.
